Even worse\, they’ve been used to ensure that many judicial vacancies have gone unfilled\, leaving millions of people without adequate access to justice. While Senators Schumer\, Durbin\, and other leaders have confirmed historic nominees\, Senate Republicans must not be allowed to weaponize blue slips to stop our progress. Senator Durbin has the power to reform or end the use of blue slips and ensure a functional\, equitable judicial nominations process. We need to show support for him to act.
