Law 360: McDermott Latest Firm To Ditch Mandatory Arbitration Policy

Among the most notable opponents of mandatory arbitration policies are the American Bar Association, which officially took a position against such agreements in August, and student organizers at Harvard Law School, who founded the Pipeline Parity Project and encouraged law students to boycott firms that require employees to sign arbitration agreements.
Multiple firms have already agreed to change their policies in response.
