Letter to Federal Judiciary Workplace Conduct Working Group

With Law Clerks for Accountability, a group of current law students from Harvard and Yale Law Schools responded to the Federal Judiciary Workplace Conduct Working Group’s June 1, 2018 report. Our memo urges “the Judicial Conference [to] adopt reforms regarding the role and responsibilities of law schools in reporting and responding to complaints of harassment and other abusive workplace practices” and provides several specific recommendations for reform.
This response was addressed to the Judicial Conference of the United States and sent to the Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
