Bradley Girard is Senior Counsel at Democracy Forward. Throughout his career as an impact litigator, Bradley has focused on issues of constitutional law, civil rights, employment discrimination, consumer protection, and representation of those on the losing side of society’s power imbalances generally. He has practiced in all levels of state and federal courts, with a focus on the federal courts of appeals and U.S. Supreme Court.  Bradley clerked for Judge Martha Craig Daughtrey on the Sixth Circuit and Judge Neal E. Kravitz on D.C. Superior Court, and he was the clinical teaching fellow at Georgetown Law’s Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic.
