Naomi Mojica

Naomi is the National Organizing Manager for the People’s Parity Project (PPP). She is a dedicated community organizer with extensive experience in housing, racial justice, and refugee rights. Her dedication to promoting intersectionality, equity, and inclusion is evident in all aspects of her work. Naomi is committed to addressing systemic inequalities and advocating for social justice. As a lifelong learner, she continuously seeks to grow and advance as a social justice advocate. She ensures that her efforts contribute to meaningful and lasting political/social/economic change through grassroots organizing. With a BA in Cultural Anthropology, Naomi is deeply committed to understanding global diversity through community-based and applied research, embracing holistic and interdisciplinary approaches. She is passionate about bridging the gap between research and community action to create positive change. Throughout her career, Naomi has worked tirelessly to foster inclusive and collaborative environments where everyone’s voice is heard and valued. She also holds an MA in Anthropology of Development and Social Justice from the University of Sussex, where she focused on the anthropological issues of engagement, development policy, and activism. Her academic work is exemplified in successful grassroots campaign wins in both Florida and North Carolina.
