The Senate Must Oppose Bove, Trump’s ‘Red Line’ Nominee

Explosive whistleblower allegations show that Emil ‘F*ck the Courts’ Bove poses an active threat to democracy and the rule of law

“The explosive whistleblower allegations confirm what we already know: Emil Bove is only loyal to Trump and shows no regard for the rule of law or the Constitution. Bove’s support for executive defiance of court orders and clear disrespect for the rule of law make clear that he is unfit for the bench.

“Bove is the red line candidate. He is an active threat to democracy. If he is confirmed by the Senate, it will open the floodgates and signal that there is no candidate who is too far off the rails for a lifetime appointment. Senators must reject this nominee.”
